By using TagLogix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this application.

2. Description of Service

TagLogix provides a digital lockout/tag-out (LOTO) compliance and tracking platform. The application assists with compliance record-keeping and is not a substitute for proper safety training, procedures, or regulations.

3. Limitation of Liability

TagLogix is provided as a compliance assistance tool only. TagLogix Inc. is not responsible for any workplace incidents, injuries, or damages that occur in connection with the use or non-use of this application.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for accurate data entry including employee IDs, machine numbers, and tag event types. Users must follow all applicable workplace safety regulations regardless of the status shown in this application.

5. Data Collection

TagLogix collects employee IDs, machine numbers, tag event types, timestamps, and photos for compliance record-keeping. This data is stored securely and used solely for compliance tracking within your organization.

6. Privacy

TagLogix collects and stores data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws including PIPEDA.

7. Tag State Disclaimer

Digital tag states displayed in this application may not be consistent with physical tags in the field. Always verify physical lockout/tagout status before performing any work on equipment. TagLogix is a documentation tool only and does not replace physical LOTO procedures, equipment, or safety training.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
